Berkshire Nautilus-Class Description

STEP

Step aerobics.

SPIN

 

A cycling class on Star Trac Spinning bikes, set to music, designed to simulate an outdoor bike ride. 

 

CONTACT KICKBOX

50% Cardio kickboxing, 50% heavy/speed bag=100%calorie burn

SCULPT or CORE

Muscular Training is the focus of these classes.  Sculpting is

slightly more focused on strength exercises, while core focuses

more on the core. Each class usse a variety of tools which

include BODY BARS, hand weights, physioballs, and tubing.

 

BALLATES

The class combines pilates mat work with the use of the physioball.

 

KICKBOXING

 

Cardio kickboxing combines aerobics and boxing moves.

KICK & CORE

Alternating intervals of kickboxing and drills

for core conditioning.

PILATES

Pilates mat exercises. Focus is on the development of the stabilizing core muscles while remaining in proper alignment.

 

 

ZUMBA

An aerobic dance class set to Latin & other international music.

STEP&KICK

A combination of step and kickboxing.

30/30

30 minutes of low impact aerobics and 30 minutes of step.

20/20/20

 

20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes physioball, and 20 minutes of pilates.

M.I.T

Mixed Interval Training is held in the group exercise room. The

class alternates weight machines or Body Bars with cardio machines.

SPORTS CONDITIONING

High intensity sports moves. Class varies from week to week.

YOGA

Hatha yoga. Class length varies. Check the schedule for time.

STEP/WEIGHTS

ABS/WEIGHT TRAIN

 

 

Basic step alternating with basic weight lifting.

A sculpting class with emphasis on ab work, and weight training.

SIGN UPS BEGIN 11:45 THE DAY BEFORE CLASS YOU MAY CALL OR STOP BY

DON’T FORGET A WATER BOTTLE AND TOWEL FOR SPIN CLASS
