With nearly a decade of experience as a personal trainer and a degree in Health Science/Exercise Physiology, Kyle has dedicated his career to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. Over the years, he has trained a wide range of client —from young athletes striving for peak performance to older adults working through specific needs and challenges. Now serving as Fitness Director at Berkshire Nautilus, Kyle’s passion lies in creating an environment where every member can find the right support, knowledge, and motivation to reach their goals. He believes fitness is not just about exercise, but about building lasting confidence and improving quality of life.

Jim Ramondetta
With more than 45 years of experience in the fitness industry and degrees in Biology (Williams College) and Exercise Science (Queens College), Jim has spent his career helping people move better, grow stronger, and improve their overall well-being. He has coached a wide variety of individuals — from youth athletes working toward performance goals to older adults focused on mobility, rehab, and healthier aging. Throughout his career, Jim’s approach has remained centered on meeting people where they are and giving them the tools to succeed at every stage of life. Today, he continues to bring exceptional knowledge, patience, and motivation to Berkshire Nautilus, believing that fitness is a lifelong journey that builds confidence, strength, and a higher quality of life.

Damon Bartlett
With 30 years of experience as a personal trainer and a degree in Sports Medicine from Springfield College, Damon has dedicated his career to helping people build strength, improve movement, and embrace healthier lifestyles. Over the years, he has worked with all kinds of clients—from beginners learning the fundamentals to athletes striving to elevate their performance. Now serving as a Personal Trainer at Berkshire Nautilus, Damon’s passion comes from seeing people set goals, stay consistent, and achieve real, lasting progress. He believes fitness is more than a routine—it’s a lifestyle that builds confidence, discipline, and long-term well-being.
